Legendary multiplayer-game Bomberman (which I played on at least 10 different video game platforms when I was younger) is now available on GREE in the form of a social game. The title, Bomberman for GREE, was announced by its maker Hudson earlier this week.
As with most video game titles originally designed to be played with others, Hudson didn’t have to think hard to make the game social. For example, you can team up with your friends to find ways to corner and then “kill off” the characters of other players.
Bomberman for GREE is free to play and monetized via sales of virtual items. It’s exclusively available on GREE for feature phones (ans sure to become a hit among Japanese players).
