Last month, I attended an event in San Francisco entitled “Social Networks and Games: Transition from Web to Mobile in Japan and the US” when I spent a few days in California. The event, which was organized by the local office of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) was very much centered on a panel discussion on the topic (participants included executives from GREE, Mixi, 6Waves, and Seesmic).

And now the JETRO has posted a written summary of the event on its website (in English), which I assume could be of interest for everyone reading this.
