Japanese Boy Band Exile Gets Social Game On GREE [Social Games]

J

One of Japan’s most famous boy bands, 14-member all-male pop dance group Exile, served as an inspiration for a new social game that just landed on GREE.

Dubbed Ex-Samurai Senzoku, the game lets players team up with a samurai (an Exile member in avatar form) and conquer towns in medieval Japan and battle it out with other GREE users. The Exile members assign tasks and missions, and if the player achieves their goals, they advance on their way to become a “true samurai”.

As usual, the game is free to play and monetized via sales of virtual items. It’s available on GREE for Japanese feature phones only.
