CyberAgent announced World Chef today, a social restaurant simulation (in English) on Facebook (it’s actually already available here). The game essentially works like one of the many, many similar restaurant management games out there, but with one catch: it links to another CyberAgent Facebook app, namely Ameba Pico (Ameba Pigg in Japan).
It’s not a deep integration (users can play as their avatar from Ameba Pico), but it’s a good idea to transfer the look and feel of characters and settings from the super-popular virtual world (over 8 million users in Japan alone) to other games.
